Well, either no one reads my blog, no one cares, or no one has a solution for my baby sleeping issue. I'm guessing it's either the first or last reason that no one commented. Oh well, I live and learn. And he actually has been sleeping a little bit better the last few days. He does what he wants.
On to better things...We went to a fun little splash pad with our good friends Whitney, Brig and June Romney. It was fun! If it wasn't nap time I think Owen would have enjoyed it a tad bit more, but he was still his happy little self.
He wasn't too happy about me turning him to face the sun!
If you haven't noticed from all of the pictures in my posts, we spend A LOT of time in the water! We love the sun. Owen is now 11 Months. I can't believe he'll be a year next month. It sounds so cliche but really, how does the time go by so quickly?
And a Happy Father's Day shout out to all the suave gentlemen out there! Owen and I love hanging out with dad on Sunday! Andy is the best dad because he is truly a child at heart! He can't wait for Owen to get cool, non-baby toys so he can play with them. Owen loves to play chase with his dad and get tossed around in the air! Owen spends most of his day with mom, so for now he's a momma's boy. I am loving it up while I can because I know that in no time dad will quickly become the favorite!

Oh I care about you! :) I just wasn't sure what to say because (1) Tate was a fabulous sleeper from day one which is not what you want to hear and (2) Kassidee is STILL waking up once every night and I haven't figured out how to cure her so I didn't think you'd want to hear that either! HAHA! I've even gone back to my book called "The No Cry Sleep Solution" but it just talked about the same things you are already doing...lay them down when they are tired, not asleep...have a consistant bedtime routine...etc. However, if Kass cries and Justin goes in and rocks her she'll go back to sleep where with me she just wants to eat. Oh dear! Well...let's talk sometime...this comment is getting real long! :) GOOD LUCK!
I've been MIA for the past weeks on blogger so I had NO IDEA about your dilemma. And what a dilemma it is. I don't know what to say about it either because Kaylee rocked at sleeping. I'm not sure Allie will be as awesome (so far she isn't) but we shall see. It sounds like you are doing everything that all "the books" say. Just give it time. What about a glo-worm toy? (Lights up and, if you want, can play music) Kaylee STILL loves her. You just push the glo-worm's tummy and it turns on. Maybe that would soothe him back to sleep? Or what about a crib mobile toy that could so the same thing--light and play music? I wish you the best of luck because lack of sleep totally sucks. Good thing he's so adorable to make it all worth it! PS I miss your face...when are you moving back?
Okay, are you kidding! Look at how buff and tones your arms are.
