Grayson
Wow, I've been way bad at recording Grayson's milestones. I can't even remember where I last left off. Oh he's such a sweet little man. He is always giving me hugs and kisses and snuggling. When Owen hurts him and I tell him to apologize, Grayson comes over to Owen first and gives HIM kisses. He's so smart. He picks up on everything. He is copying everything he hears. He's pretty easy in the sleep department. We rock for a little bit and then he says, "bib" (crib) and I lay him down and he goes to sleep. He eats really well. He LOVES green smoothies. Even my kind of nasty, thick ones that have celery, kale and cucumber in them. He LOVES being outside. It doesn't matter the weather. He usually cries when it's time to go in. He loves riding on the wiggle car and swinging on the swing set. He is VERY opinionated and lets you know if he doesn't like something. Well child check...SCREAMED the entire time with great big tears. The other night I was holding him and I switched him from my left side to the right and he whined until I put him back on my left side (particular-much). One day he wanted a York peppermint and before I gave it to him I broke of a tiny piece for myself and he screamed and screamed. So I got him a new one. When I handed it to him he checked it out to make sure it was whole before he'd accept it. He can throw a tantrum. He's bossy. He tells me to move from my seat frequently. He is completely a momma's boy. He does not like to be left in nursery but is very friendly with other kids (as long as I'm still in line-of-sight). He loves animals and squeals and points when he sees them on the tv or outside. He sings. It's so cute and hilarious. He mimics songs on the radio. He is so smart and communicates well what he wants or needs. Like last week when he was sick and he'd cry and say, "nose" when it needed wiped. Or he tells me when he's poopy. One day I was looking at a scratch on his low back and thought I was checking his diaper and he said, "No poopies" haha. He's polite, just like his big brother. He always says thank you and just started saying bless you. He is usually pretty good at sharing. He ADORES his big brother and wants to be by him (or on top of him) at all times. He copies everything Owen does. Owen really loves him too (most of the time). He's kind of a runt. At his 18 month check he was 22 lbs (10 %) and 32.25 inches (41%). He loves his boots and puts them on frequently by himself and will bring his coat usually saying "side" to go out. He brings so much happiness and fun to our home. I love that he needs me, and that he's my little love bug.
