Exercise
Today I did my first work out since Christmas. IT WAS HARD. It's amazing how fast you lose all your strength and endurance. I did an "easy" preset terrain workout on the treadmill that was 17.5 minutes. I made thru 14 with several breaks in the middle. I literally thought my throat might close off at 5 minutes. Pathetic, but it is my reality. But I feel good that I was able to do any at all considering how I've felt the last month. Not to mention that Owen has had a fever for two days and therefore we've gotten minimal sleep for two nights. Here's to hoping I can keep feeling better and more energetic so I can get back to my previous state of endurance (or at least most of the way there). Baby is awake and Ellen is on so I am out :)

You are a rockstar! Any time on the treadmill while pregnant is a miracle especially in the first trimester. I hope I can be like you when I am pregnant!
