I've had lots to write about, but our laptop decided to blowup, so we had to get a new one and transfer everything. So, now I'm up and running. I can't believe that it is already the end of June. Since we have been enjoying our first summer in Utah it seems it's passing much too quickly. 

My brother from Florida and his family came and stayed with us a few days before Thomas's wedding.  It was so fun to have them. Owen loved having his buddy Phineas around to play with and we found out that Arianne is pregnant with a boy, due only 3 months after me. My 9 year old niece Madi also stayed with us. I think Andy liked having her around to play soccer and Halo with. While they were here we took a trip down to Willow park/zoo.  The kiddos enjoyed it.

 I'm now 32 weeks pregnant. I had Owen only 3 weeks from now, which seems absolutely crazy. I don't think I'm prepared for another baby but he's coming, ready or not. I was having quite a few contractions a few weeks ago, which was scary. So I try to take it easy, but that can be hard with a toddler running around and a husband that travels for work. I also quit my job, which has eased some stress. There were some seriously frustrating things going on, and I couldn't take it anymore. Plus the contractions, plus I'd totally rather not be working anyway....especially after the baby comes.

31 Weeks 6 Days

June 9th Thomas and Kristie were married in the Bountiful temple.  It's so great to be able to go back to a sealing because as we all know, you do not remember the things that were said at your own wedding.  It was beautiful and they are so happy. It was a long day for little Owen, but he did great (thankfully Andy's brother lived close enough so we could give the little one a nap in-between events).

 Owen has been so funny lately. He's talking a ton and is so entertaining. I need to write down all the funny things he says and smart things he does but I'll have to go thru my text messages (they are like my journal because I tell Andy all the funny things thru my texts). He's figured out that he can push a chair to whatever he wants to climb up on and reach things. It's not good.  He's taken a couple tumbles. It kind of drives me crazy when I have chairs scattered around the house and out of place. He's a very good helper at cleaning though when he's asked. And sometimes he doesn't have to be asked.  The other day the vacuum was out and when I came back out to the room a little later he had unplugged it and wrapped the cord up...pretty well, too, for a two year old job.

Oh, one funny thing he's said lately was when we were out doing yard work and we'd been out there for a while, then Owen comes to me and says, "too hot, too hot" and starts toward the house.  It was so funny.  He'd had enough sun. He is also one of the most polite babies I've ever met. Whenever anyone sneezes he ALWAYS says, "bless you, (insert name)" My sister in law thinks it is so cute so she will try to fake sneeze, but he just looks at her and says, "AHHH CHOO" right back at her.  He's no dummy. The other night he was asleep in my bed with me and I coughed (sometimes he thinks coughs are like sneezes) and it must have partially woke him because without a move or opening his eyes he said, "bless you mom" Then went back to sleep. So funny. He also says, "bless you, Ownen" When he sneezes.  I love how he says his name with an extra 'n' in the middle.

 And just because I'm such a lucky girl....

How many husbands go out and wash all the windows on their own free will?  Well mine does.  He's great!
